He established the company's consumer audio business and played a hands-on role in operations and customer engagement, resulting in multiple award-winning products and tremendous growth. Before joining Tymphany, Stanley held various executive roles at Primax for 11 years, bringing valuable knowledge and expertise to his current position. He also worked as a business analyst in Hewlett Packard's consulting division. Stanley holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, earned in 1998.

Phil is a seasoned audio industry veteran who has served as the Chief Product Officer at Tymphany since Q1 2024. His career began at Harman, where he developed premium audio products that catered to customers' needs in broad markets. At Tymphany, Phil has successfully established our Pro-audio and Automotive departments, expanding our portfolio. He provides Tymphany with market and technology insights and is responsible for end-to-end global product development, internal and joint customer roadmaps, R&D, and international sales.
