Tom Jacoby - Chief Executive Officer
Tom Jacoby has 30 years of experience in the audio industry. As CEO of Tymphany, Jacoby applies his industry knowledge and management skills to lead the company's development of quality acoustic solutions and superior audio technology.
Prior to joining Tymphany in 2007, Jacoby served as Corporate Development Officer and Vice Chairman of Klipsch Group, Inc., where he was responsible for business development, acquisitions, and strategic planning. Jacoby was instrumental in Kipsch's successful expansion in the home consumer market, driving the acquisition and integration of premium loudspeaker brands Jamo, Energy, Mirage and Athena. Earlier in his career, Jacoby spent 20 years with the Harman International Industries, where he held various executive roles in the automative, professional, and consumer audio groups, ultimately serving as President and CEO of Harman Consumer Group. Jacoby has also worked with other leading audio brands, such as JBL Consumer Products and Harman Kardon USA, and has served on the board of directors for companies including Klipsch Group Inc., California Clean Energy Fund, Homeland Energy Resource Development, and the Electronic Industries Association. Jacoby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Jay Wessell - Chief Financial Officer
Jay Wessell has over twenty years of senior management experience with a wide range of companies, and is well-known for his ability to manage financial teams, improve profitability and gain competitive advantage for the firms he's been involved with. At Tymphany, Wessell is responsible for all international financial and administrative functions, including finance, IT/MIS and facilities. He has extensive experience in the audio industry, having served as Chief Operating Officer at Recoton Home Audio, and as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations for two Harman International companies, J.B.L Professional and Infinity Systems. Prior to joining Tymphany, he served as President of Ramallah Inc., a California-based textile firm where he facilitated a successful financial turnaround. Before that, Wessell was Managing Partner of the consumer electronics firm Four Point International, LLC. Wessell holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Franciscan University.

Bob True - Chief Technology Officer, Chief Quality Officer
Bob True is responsible for Tymphany's worldwide engineering and quality program, overseeing teams in the U.S., Denmark, and China. He has more than 15 years of experience in the audio engineering field, most recently as principal of his own consulting firm, True Technologies, and earlier, in engineering roles for International Jensen. As Jensen's senior director of engineering, True managed Jensen's design engineering staff of 25 and was responsible for product design, technology development, validation testing, research activities, computer network systems, new market development, and corporate quality systems (QS9000). True is an active member in the Audio Engineering Society (AES) and has published several papers on loudspeaker modeling and measurement. He received a BSEE from the University of Wisconsin, where he studied electro acoustics, DSP, and audio electronics. He also received a MSEE from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he specialized in DSP technologies.

Steve Willenborg - Vice President of Sales
Steve Willenborg is responsible for the company's global sales and business development efforts. He brings to Tymphany more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development and engineering in the consumer audio electronics and the automotive OEM markets. Previously Willenborg was with Zylux Acoustic Corporation, where he was responsible for increasing corporate revenue by $90 million over a six-year period, and for adding and managing more than 25 high-profile consumer brands to the company's customer base. While at Harman International, he headed a $50 million business serving key multimedia accounts including Dell, Compaq, NEC, IBM and Packard Bell, among others. Willenborg began his career in quality and product engineering at General Motors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
